Jérôme Abraham
Jérôme Abraham is a French culinary artist trained at the world-renowned Lycée Hôtelier Paul Augier in Nice. His career has carried him through France, Switzerland, Italy, the United Kingdom, and Hong Kong, where he cooked and led kitchens for several Michelin Star-winning restaurants.
As Executive Chef, he has crafted menus, written recipes, designed plating, and trained entire brigades — acting as both the head of the kitchen and the heart of the restaurant. His cooking honors traditional French technique while weaving in the flavors and methods of the countries he has worked in, always with respect for origin, season, and quality.
Jérôme arrived in the United States in 2021, serving as Executive Chef at Atrium Dumbo in New York before bringing his vision to Florida with RDG Groupe, AVA Restaurant in Winter Park, and MILA. He has represented Clement Design in international campaigns, demonstrated at culinary festivals worldwide, and serves as a member and exam juror for Disciples Escoffier International. Since December 2022, he is the owner of Lavish Gastronomy Privé.
